Story :
According to the legend of Yogini Ekadashi fast, there was a king named Kubera in a city called Alakapuri of Swargadham. He was a devotee and worshiped Shiva every day. A gardener named Hem used to bring flowers to him for worship.
Hem had a beautiful woman named Vishalakshi. One day he brought a flower from Mansarovar, but due to his sexuality, he started to comic and Raman with his woman.
Here the king kept looking at his afternoon. In the end, King Kubera ordered the servants that you guys go and find out the reason for not coming to the gardener, because he has not brought the flower yet. The servants said that Maharaj, he is a sinner, will be humorous and Raman with his woman. Hearing this, Kubera called him angry and called him. Hem Mali was trembling with the fear of the king.
King Kubera came in anger and said- ‘Hey sinner! Despicable! Kami! You have disrespected Shri Shiva Ji Maharaj, the God of my supremely revered Gods, that is why I curse you that you will bear the disconnection of a woman and will go to the death and lepr. ‘
Hem Mali collapsed from heaven due to the curse of Kubera and he fell on the earth at that moment. As soon as he came on the ground, there was a white leprosy in his body. Her woman also became impatient at the same time. After coming to the death, the gardener would enjoy the great sorrow, went to the terrible forest and wandered without food and water. The night did not even come to sleep, but due to the effect of worship of Shiva, he definitely had knowledge of the memory of previous birth. One day, while walking, he reached the ashram of Markandeya Rishi, who was more older than Brahma and whose ashram looked like a meeting of Brahma. Hem Mali went there and fell on his feet. Seeing him, Markandeya Rishi said, what sin has you committed, due to which this condition became a condition. Hem Mali narrated the whole account.
Hearing this, the sage said- Surely you have said true words in front of me, so I tell a fast for your salvation. If you observe the fast of Ekadashi named Yogini of Krishna Paksha of Ashada month, then all your sins will be destroyed. Hearing this, Hem Mali was very happy and bowed to the sage. Muni picked him up with affection. Hem Mali fasted on Yogini Ekadashi methodically according to the statement of the sage.
Due to the effect of this fast, he came in his old form and started living happily with his woman. Therefore, with this fast, all sins are destroyed and heaven is attained in the last time and you get freedom from all kinds of curse.
