According to police officials, an FIR was lodged against the rapper Badshah at the Fort Lal Singh Police Station after a complaint of Imanuel Christ, a representative of the Global Christian Action Committee. A case has been registered against him under the relevant sections of the Indian Code.
Protests are also taking place against the emperor in Batala city. Many people took to the road and shouted slogans against the emperor. The protesters have demanded to ban the song immediately.
