There has been news of a passenger created a ruckus in the Indigo Airlines flight.

New Delhi: The news of Indigo Airlines’s flight 6E 6571 from Delhi to Kolkata has reported a ruckus by a passenger on 1 September. According to reports, a passenger created a ruckus in an indicator in IndiGo flight 6E 6571 going from Delhi to Kolkata on 1 September. It is being told that this passenger, sitting on seat number 31D, drunk alcohol in the flight and abused with a cabin crew. The lawyer by profession, the passenger allegedly raised religious slogans and harassed other passengers. Because of this, the flight left Delhi with a delay of 3 hours.

Indigo confirmed the incident

IndiGo confirmed the incident, saying that the passenger was declared ‘uncontrolled’ and handed over to the security personnel on reaching Kolkata. The airline has filed a complaint in the case and is under investigation. IndiGo clearly stated that it does not tolerate such antics for the safety of passengers and crew. However, the passenger has dismissed these allegations. He claims that he did not drink alcohol on the flight, but bought a beer before boarding the airport, which he has a receipt. Both passengers and crew have filed a complaint against each other, and the investigation of the case continues.

IndiGo flight collided with bird, flight canceled

On 2 September, another Indigo flight from Nagpur to Kolkata 6e 812 faced difficulties. Shortly after the flight started, the aircraft collided with the bird, after which the pilots took care back at Nagpur Airport. The flight was canceled that day for security check and repair. IndiGo provided alternative flights to passengers to reduce problems, as well as refund and food and drink. The airline thanked passengers for cooperation.
