The case is related to the sexual abuse of Made, a 48 -year -old woman from the Revanna family at Gannikada Guest House in Hassan. Prajwal also recorded this act on his mobile phone. The SIT had filed a charge sheet under Section 376 (2) (K) of IPC to raped and raped a woman under Section 376 (2) (K) and repeatedly raping the same woman under 376 (2) (N), Section 66D of the Information Technology Act and other offenses under 376 (2) (N).

Rape took place in Hassan and Bangalore residence

The prosecution said that the victim was raped twice in 2021. Once he was raped at Hassan’s residence in Hassan and then at the residence in Bangalore. The names and cases of 113 witnesses in the charge sheet ended on 18 July.
