Actor Asif Khan, famous for web series ‘Patal Lok’ and ‘Panchayat’, was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai last month. It was earlier reported that he had a heart attack, but later he said that he had a gastroisophageal reflux, which showed symptoms such as a heart attack. Now about three weeks later, Asif told that he has quit smoking and has not smoked cigarettes for 21 days. He shared some pictures from the hospital, which forced the fans to wonder if he is still admitted. However, he has revealed that he has returned home and while giving his health update said that now there is a lot of improvement in his condition and he is feeling better than before.

Asif Khan shared several pictures from the hospital on the special occasion of Friendship Day, the first Sunday of August. He also talked about his recent health problem in this post and urged people not to wait for the hospital to realize their mistakes or to recognize true friends. Finally, the son -in -law of ‘Panchayat’, while giving updates to his health, wrote, ‘I am at home, I am very better and very strong, this picture is old !!’ Earlier, in a conversation with Etimes, Asif said that doctors have advised him to change his diet and avoid some special food. Apart from this, they have also been advised to exercise more. He said, ‘I have been asked to stop eating lentils, eat less veg and exercise more. I do not think it should affect my work. Asif played a suspected Kabir M in ‘Patal Lok Season 1’. He also played the role of Anas Ahmed in Netflix’s crime drama series ‘Jamtara – Sabka Number Aaye Aaga’. He started his acting career as a junior artist in films like ‘Ready’ (2011) and ‘Agneepath’ (2012) and later also worked in Bollywood films like ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ (2017), ‘Pagarat’ (2021) and ‘Kakuda’ (2024). His recent release was the horror-comedy ‘The Bhootni’.
