This wonderful chutney will increase the taste of your food manifold! So let’s know how to make this delicious sauce at home

Ingredients for peanut chutney:

Material: Peanut 1 cup, green chilli 1-2, garlic buds 2-3, ginger 1/2 inch piece, tamarind paste 1 tsp, salt as per taste, water as required

For tempering: Oil 1 teaspoon, rye 1/2 tsp, urad dal 1/2 teaspoon, gram dal 1/2 teaspoon, dry red chilli, curry leaf 7-8

Method of making peanut chutney:

  • First step: First of all fry the raw peanuts on low flame. Remove the peel when cooled. Add roasted peanuts, green chillies, garlic, ginger, tamarind paste and salt to a blender and start grinding.

  • Second step: You should keep in mind that it does not have to make a very fine paste. The taste of chutney is even better due to a little coarse. Finally add water according to the consistance of the chutney and take it out in a bowl.

  • Third step: Heat oil in a small pan. Put mustard seeds in hot oil. When the mustard starts crackling, add urad dal and gram dal and fry till it becomes golden. Now add dry red chili and curry leaves and fry for a few seconds. Pour this ready temper over the sauce and mix well. Your roasted peanut chutney is ready. You serve it with idli, dosa, bread, rice or any snack and increase the fun of eating. (To store chutney for a long time, you can use mango powder instead of lemon juice, because lemon juice can spoil the chutney quickly)
