Buffed chili is a delicious and spicy dish that increases the taste of food manifold. It is easy to make and it can also be stored for a few days. Here is the delicious recipe of filled chili and how to store it

Buffed chili making materials:

Thick green chillies – 10-12, gram flour – 3-4 tablespoons, oil – fennel powder – 1 teaspoon, coriander powder – 1 teaspoon, turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon, mango powder – 1 teaspoon – 1 teaspoon, red chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon – 1/2 teaspoon, garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Method of making stuffed chili

  • First step: First, wash and wipe the chillies thoroughly. Then, cut them from the middle to length, but do not separate completely. Remove the seeds and fibers inside the chili. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add gram flour and fry it on low flame till it turns golden.

  • Second step: Mix coriander powder, fennel powder, turmeric, mangoes, red chili powder, garam masala and salt in roasted gram flour. Mix all the spices well. Carefully fill the prepared spices inside the chopped chillies.

  • Third step: Heat oil in a pan. Keep the filled chilies in the pan and fry on low flame till they turn golden and soft from both sides. Serve hot chili chili with roti, paratha or rice.

How to store stuffed chillies?

You can easily store filled chillies for 4-5 days. Allow the chilies to cool down completely. Then, keep them in an airtight container and store them in the fridge. Use a little more oil while frying the chillies. If you want to store it for a long time, then freeze the chillies on a single layer by putting it on a baking sheet. When they freeze completely, fill them in a freezer-safe bag. Before use, bring them to room temperature and then heat them.
