The most latest update is that the rack of three coaches has reached there. It is currently kept at the metro depot in ISBT. In the end of July, the priority corridor will take a trial run two or three times at the end of July, accelerating this metro project. The government is working fast for this. According to the news of Jagran.com, preparations for the trial run have also been completed.

Trial will be focused on safety standards

According to the news, the minister of the state government says that the trial will be focused on safety standards. When all processes meet safety standards, work will be started for the forward phase. The minister also assured that the work of the metro would be completed in a timely manner. Patna Metro will greatly improve the city’s traffic system. There will also be good employment opportunities. The priority corridor is 6.5 km long. It is a corridor between Malahi Pakri to Pataliputra Bus Terminal or New ISBT.

Metro can run from here from August 15

It is discussed that the service of the metro train will start from the next 15 August 2025 on the blue line corridor. The corridor has a total of five stations- Malahi Pakri, Khemanichak, Bhootnath, Zero Mile and New ISBT. According to the report, Patna Metro Rail Corporation (PMRC) will operate the metro train from 5 am to 11 pm. The fare is expected to be from Rs 10 to Rs 60. Currently, about 900 passengers have the ability to sit and travel in a three -coach metro.
