Every drop of alcohol harmful- World Health Organization

According to the World Health Organization, there is no “safe” level of alcohol consumption. “To identify the ‘safe’ level of alcohol intake, there will be a need for legitimate scientific evidence, which proves that there is no harm to the health by drinking alcohol to a certain level or less. The new statement of the World Health Organization has made it clear that there is no fixed level of drinking, where cancer starts or other types of diseases.

So far no report has proved that drinking small amounts of alcohol gets rid of diseases like heart attack or diabetes. Regional Advisor of the World Health Organization in Europe for alcohol and other illegal drugs, Dr. Carina Ferrera-Burges said, “We cannot talk about the so-called safe levels of alcohol consumption. It doesn’t matter how much you drink. The first drop of alcohol starts harm to health. The only thing that we can definitely say, that is more, it is more harmful or more. In words, the less you drink, the more safe it is. “
