These 9 Indian companies get space in Fortune Global-500 list, see complete list
Fortune Global-500 The list of has come out. This time 9 Indian companies have got a place in this establishment list. Famous industrialist Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries remains the highest ranking company in 2025’s Fortune Global 500 list. According to the latest ranking of Fortune magazine, Reliance Industries, working in various business fields, ranks 88th in the list. The company was ranked 86 in 2024. However, the company has jumped 67 places in the last four years. It was ranked 155th in the year 2021. Reliance has retained its place in the prestigious Fortune Global 500 list for 22 consecutive years. The list of Fortune includes nine companies of India this year. Of which 5 are from the government sector and 4 of private sectors.

SBI jumped 15 places
LIC is ranked 95th this time like last year. Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has moved down 11 places in the rankings of 2025 to 127th. The country’s largest bank SBI (State Bank of India) has climbed up 15 places to 163rd, while HDFC Bank climbed 48 places to 258th position. Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has come down to 181st position. Other Indian companies included in the list Tata Motors at 283rd (below 2024), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL) at 285th (27 places below) and ICICI Bank is ranked 464th (unchanged).
Walmart gets number 1 crown
Walmart, a US retail -ranked company, remains the world’s top ranked company. After that Amazon is the place. In the top 10, three Chinese companies are in public sector power company State Grid third, China National Petrol is fifth in fifth place and the legendary oil and gas company Sinopak Group is in sixth place. Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest oil exporting company, is fourth and Apple is at eighth place. Fortune Global 500 list prepares a list of companies on the basis of total revenue in the last financial year. Reliance’s integrated gross revenue was increased by 7.1 percent to Rs 10,71,174 crore in FY 2024-25.
