Uidai Has issued an important and important update related to Aadhaar card. Actually, UIDAI has released a new list of documents required for any kind of update in the new Aadhaar card or the current Aadhaar card. Which documents will be needed for evidence of identity
UIDAI has fixed different documents for the major things that occur in Aadhaar- identity, home address, date of birth. For evidence of identity, passport, PAN card, voter ID card, driving license, photo ID card issued by government company, MNREGA card, pensioner card will be required. For the proof of the address, electricity, water, gas, landline bill, bank passbook, ration card, driving license, rent agreement, pension, one of the housing certificates issued by the government will be required.
What documents are needed to change the date of birth
Similarly, for the evidence of the date of birth, the school marksheet, birth certificate, passport, government certificate which has date of birth, one of these documents will be required. Let us tell you that UIDAI has increased the facility of updating free online to Aadhaar card till June 14, 2026.
