Ways to clean the food items in the rain:
Wash in running water

Wash with salt water

Make a solution for cleaning
Make vinegar solution in a large pot to remove dirty bacteria or dirt. Add three teaspoons of vinegar to the water and mix the solution. If you want, you can also include salt in it. Now add fruits and vegetables in the prepared water and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Keep vegetables safe for a long time
After washing the vegetables with water or vinegar water, keep them on a cotton cloth. By doing this, the water on them will be cleaned. You can take help of tissue or towels if you want. It does not spoil quickly by drying things. Use a container or bag instead of keeping them in polythene in the fridge.

During the monsoon, we should avoid buying some vegetables. Most people know that eating spinach in the rain is bad for the stomach, but most of the green coriander ignore.
