The company said that the board has approved a dividend of Rs 210 on each stock with a face value of Rs 10 for shareholders. However, the final decision on the payment of dividend will be taken in the company’s AGM. If the payment of dividend in the AGM is approved, then the dividend money will be transferred to the bank account of the shareholders on or around August 8.

The automobile company said in a separate filing that Bajaj Auto has fixed a record date on Friday, June 20 for this dividend of Rs 210. Let us tell you that on Friday, Bajaj Auto shares closed on BSE by Rs 264.60 (2.98%) at a price of Rs 8608.70. Today, during the trading, the company’s shares reached Intrade High of Rs 8868.10 to Intrade Low of Rs 8584.80. Bajaj Auto shares have 52 weeks high 12,772.15 rupees and 52 weeks are Rs 7088.25. According to BSE, the company’s current market cap is Rs 2,40,404.50 crore.
