Dividend stocks: Veteran IT company Tech Mahindra released its financial results on Thursday. The company said in the information to the stock market exchanges that their net profit increased by 76.5 per cent to Rs 1166.7 crore in the fourth quarter of FY 2024-25. Tech Mahindra said that he received a new deal of $ 79.8 million (about Rs 6800 crore) to the company in the January-March 2025 quarter. In the last financial year, the company received a deal of $ 2.7 billion (about Rs 23,000 crore).

Recommendation of Rs 30 dividend on one share
Tech Mahindra said in an exchange filing of Thursday that the company’s board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 30 on each equity share with a face value of Rs 5 for the financial year 2024-25. However, the final decision on the payment of dividend will be taken in the AGM. Let us tell you that the company’s AGM is to be held on Thursday, 17 July and if the payment of dividend is received in the AGM, then on August 15, the dividend money will be transferred to the bank account of the shareholders. The company has fixed a record date for this final dividend on 4 July.
