Dividend Stock: Ltimindtree, an IT company of the country’s legendary engineering and construction company Larsen & Toubro, released the results of the fourth quarter of FY 2024-25. LTI Mindtree said in information given to the stock market exchanges BSE and NSE that their net profit increased by 2.53 per cent to Rs 1128.6 crore in the March quarter of the financial year 2024-25. The IT company said on Wednesday that their net profit was recorded at Rs 1100.7 crore in the same quarter a year ago.
The company recorded a net profit of Rs 4602 crore in FY 2024-25
The profit of the entire financial year 2024-25 has also increased due to increasing profits in the fourth quarter. The company said that their net profit increased to Rs 4602 crore in FY 2024-25, which was Rs 4585 crore in FY 2023-24. LTI Mindatry’s revenue increased to Rs 9771 crore in the March quarter of FY 2024-25, compared to Rs 8893 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The company’s CEO and managing director Debashish Chatterjee said that currently the large economic environment is challenging.
Shareholders will get a dividend of Rs 45
LTI Mindtree said in an exchange filing on Wednesday that the company’s board of directors recommended a dividend of Rs 45 on each share for shareholders. However, the dividend will be paid only after receiving the members of the members in the AGM. The company said that AGM date, dividend record date and dividend payment date will be announced separately.
Company shares up rapidly
On Wednesday, LTI Mindatry shares closed down with a tremendous speed on NSE. Yesterday the company’s shares closed at Rs 4537.90 with a gain of 5.03 percent (Rs 217.50). During the trading on Wednesday, the company’s shares reached 4560.00 rupees from Intrade High to 4399.90 Intrade.
