IAS Aashima Goel Success Story: The story of IAS officer Aashima Goel, resident of Ballabhgarh, Haryana, is quite inspiring. He had left a job worth lakhs of rupees in his insistence on becoming an officer.
IAS Ashima Goyal is currently an IAS officer of Uttarakhand cadre of UPSC 2020 batch. He passed the UPSC exam All India with 65th rank in his second attempt.
In Ashima’s family, her father ran a cyber café, while her mother was a housewife. His elder sister is CA.
Ashima Goyal, who has been topper in studies since childhood, has done M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Ashima prepared for UPSC with M.Tech. He failed in his first attempt at UPSC. But she prepared afresh and succeeded in becoming an IAS in the second attempt.
Ashima Goyal got special recognition from the famous TV show Kaun Banega Crorepati. Actually, she had gone to the show to help a contestant. Here he answered the question in just five seconds.

When Ashima was appearing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination for the first time, she was working in Bengaluru. After giving UPSC exam, she left her job and devoted herself completely to her preparation. According to reports, Ashima, who studied Biotech Chemical Engineering, used to study regularly for 9-10 hours every day.
When Ashima Goyal became IAS, she got Kerala cadre. But then she married IFS officer Rahul Mishra in 2022. On the basis of marriage, he took his inter cadre transfer and got transferred to Uttarakhand cadre.
