Berries 1 cup, black salt 1 tsp, roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon, mint leaves 5-7, lemon juice 1 tbsp, sugar 2-3 tbsp, cold water 1/2 cup, ice pieces, shots to decorate the glass
How to make berries shots:
When purchasing berries, choose dark purple colored and slightly soft berries, as they are more sweet and ripe. Now, wash the berries thoroughly. Now take out their seeds and collect pulp (pulp) in a bowl. Add berries pulp, black salt, roasted cumin powder, mint leaves, lemon juice, and sugar to a mixer jar. Now add cold water and some ice pieces to it.
Blend all the ingredients until a smooth puree is formed. The berries shots feel a little thick, so keep the amount of water low. If you want to make juice, you can add some more water. If you want absolutely smooth shots, then you can filter this mixture with a fine sieve, so that the fiber or small pieces of berries can come out. However, many people like it without filtering it.
