In the last few days, almost all the vehicle manufacturing companies are busy in launching electric bikes and cars. In such a situation, now Renault has also introduced its off-road-oriented designed electric bike Heritage Spirit Scrambler. But this model was not introduced in India but at the 2024 Paris Motor Show with the 4 E-Tech electric car. Renault introduced the new Renault 4 E-Tech electric car at the Paris Motor Show. Along with this, the company introduced the electric bike Heritage Spirit Scrambler. Its price is EUR 23,340 (about Rs 21.2 lakh). Its design is sporty. It has a small LED headlight unit with LED DRL. Apart from this, a single-piece ribbed design genuine leather seat is seen in it. Rounded mirrors are seen in it. Apart from this, it has been given a new handlebar, fuel tank and battery pack below the seat. This bike has been designed in such a way that it does not cause any inconvenience while riding it on off-road.
For better braking, it has been provided with 320mm front disc and 240mm rear disc brake setup with Brembo brake callipers. The company has given this electric bike USD telescopic front forks from WP, a rear monoshock unit from EMC and 17-inch aluminum wire-spoke wheels wrapped with scrambler-type knobby tyres, whose design impresses.
Range of 110 kilometers in full charge
The Heritage Spirit Scrambler has a 4.8 kWh battery pack. Which gives power of 10 bhp and torque of 280 Nm. The company claims that this bike offers a range of 110 kilometers on a single charge. This bike has been made for daily use.
When can it be launched?
An interesting thing about the Renault electric bike is that its name is Heritage Spirit Scrambler. This bike has been made by a French start-up company called Ateliers Heritage Bikes. This is a limited production electric bike, and its pre-order can be started soon and it can be launched in the beginning of next year in 2025 i.e. in the month of February.
This bike will come in two variants
Heritage Spirit Scrambler is available in two variants, one of which will be standard and the other will be 50 version. At the same time, its maximum speed will be limited to 45 kmph km/h for persons aged sixteen years or older to be eligible for an AM driving license in Europe.
