One such name is of Vishal Thakkar, who was seen in the 2003 blockbuster film ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’. Start of acting career
Vishal Thakkar made his film debut in 2001 with Tabu’s popular film ‘Chandni Bar’. However, he got the real identity from ‘Munna Bhai MBBS’, in which he played the role of the young man who tries to commit suicide when the girlfriend left. In the film, Munna Bhai (Sanjay Dutt) explains the importance of life to him. This character was well liked by the audience. After this, Vishal appeared in TV shows and films like ‘Tango Charlie’, ‘Because Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’, ‘Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil’. His career was slowly moving forward, but some incidents of personal life pushed him into deep depression.

Storm raised in personal life
Vishal lived in live-in with his girlfriend. According to his mother, his girlfriend was quite angry and quarrels between the two were common. Once the quarrel grew so much that the girlfriend lodged a police complaint. The police arrested Vishal, although the complaint was later withdrawn. But this incident broke Vishal from inside. He felt that his image had deteriorated and he gradually got caught by depression. In 2015, the actor was also accused of rape. After this, on 31 December 2015, Vishal said to go out with his friends and girlfriend for New Year celebrations. He took 500 rupees from his mother and left. At 12:10 pm, he greeted everyone for the new year through a post on Facebook and sent a message to his father at around 1 pm that he was partying with friends and will return late.
Vishal never returned again
The next morning i.e. on 1 January 2016, he told his girlfriend that he was going on shooting. After this, Vishal was last seen sitting in an auto in Godbunder area of Mumbai at 11:45 am. On 6 January 2016, his parents lodged a missing report with the police. He expressed suspicion that his girlfriend could have a hand in the incident, but the police did not find any concrete evidence. No clue was found about Vishal and two years later, his girlfriend was also found dead in his house. According to the post -mortem report, he died of a heart attack.
Even today the case is unresolved
Many types of speculations are made about the disappearance of Vishal Thakkar. Some say that there was a quarrel in the New Year party and they were murdered, someone believes that he committed suicide in depression. Some people also believe that they must have left everything and started a new life somewhere.
