The story of the film revolves around Ashok (JP Tuminadu) living in a small coastal village in Karnataka, who is a careless and mastmoula youth. Everything is going on normal, when a rumor suddenly spreads in the village that Ashok has a shadow of a female soul. This strange start soon turns into a serious social story filled with laughter, fear and emotions. A unique mixture of comedy, horror and social messages is seen in the film, which makes the audience laugh and think.

JP Tuminadu said that the film is inspired by the real events that happened in his village and it was re-riddled about 26 times so that every sentiment in the story could be accurate. After rocking the theater, ‘Su from So’ is also going to be released on the digital platform. According to trade expert Ramesh Babu, the film will be streamful on Amazon Prime Video in September. However, the exact date of streaming is yet to be announced. ‘Su from So’ is one of the few films of this year which proves that not a big budget, but only big thinking and good story can make a film a hit.
