Method of making makhane granular laddus
Makhana 2 cups, jaggery half cup, desi ghee 2-3 tbsp, cashew half cup, almond half cup, raisins 2 tablespoons, coconut boora half cup, cardamom powder half teaspoon
Makhana Laddus Recipe:

First step: First of all, turn on the gas and put one teaspoon of ghee in a pan and add two cups of makhana and fry it till it becomes crisp. When they roast, keep it for cooling. Now add one teaspoon of ghee in the same pan and fry cashews, raisins and almonds in it till it becomes light golden. Now grind the cold makhana coarsely in the mixture.

Second step: Now add half a cup of water with jaggery in the same pan and melt it. Cook the jaggery until it melts completely and a wire syrup is formed. Now add roasted makhane, roasted dry fruits, coconut powder and cardamom powder to the jaggery syrup. Mix all the ingredients well.

Third step: When this mixture cools down slightly, make small laddus by applying ghee on your hands. You can add more dry nuts or pistachios as per your choice. You can store laddus in airtight container for 10-15 days.
