IPO: The IPO of Regal Resources, a company that manufactures different things from maize crop, listed in the Indian stock market today. The company’s shares were listed in the market with a 39 per cent boom from their issue price. Regal Resources allotted each stock with a face value of Rs 5 to the investors at an issue price of Rs 102. The company’s shares on BSE were listed at Rs 141.80 with a gain of 39 percent from their issue price. Whereas, Regal Resources shares on NSE gained 38.23 per cent to Rs 141.

The company’s shares rose by 42.84 per cent to Rs 145.70 after the list was listed at Rs 141.80 on BSE. The company’s market cap was Rs 1377.52 crore. According to NSE data, the IPO of Regal Resources Limited received a total subscription on the last day of the bid on Thursday last week. Let us tell you that this IPO was opened on Tuesday, August 12 and closed on Thursday, August 14. Regal Resources has raised a total of Rs 306.00 crore from this IPO.

Regal Resources IPO received 356.73 times subscription from NII

The QIB category investors bid for 1,14,57,89,712 shares compared to 59,99,904 shares for the IPO of Regal Resources. The IPO received 190.97 times subscription from this category. NII category investors have bid for 1,60,52,43,888 shares compared to 44,99,928 shares. The IPO received 356.73 times subscription from this category. Whereas, retail investors have applied for this IPO for 60,63,40,944 shares compared to 1,04,99,832 shares.
