On Tuesday, the company’s listing in the stock market was excellent and its shares were listed with a rise of about 51 percent from its issue price of Rs 675. The company’s shares on NSE were listed at a price of Rs 1015 with a gain of 50.37 percent from their issue price and then later they rose to 52.73 percent to reach the level of Rs 1032. It started trading at Rs 1018 at Rs 1018 with a gain of 50.81 percent on BSE and later came up 53.34 percent to Rs 1035.05 per share.
IPO got more than 100 times subscription

The investors of the QIB category had subscribed to the highest 133.21 times for this IPO as compared to their quota (60,65,625 shares). Apart from this, retail investors also subscribed 50.87 times for this IPO.
The company fixed a price band of Rs 640-675
Aditya Infotech has raised Rs 1300.00 crore through this IPO, for which a total of 1,92,59,258 shares were issued. Under this IPO, 74,07,407 new shares worth Rs 500 crore have been issued and 1,18,51,851 shares worth Rs 800.00 crore have been released through OFS. Under its IPO, the company fixed a price band of Rs 640-675 for each share of a face value of Rs 1. Aditya Infotech offered a discount of Rs 60 to his employees on each stock.
