Actually, a British man died at the age of 78. That person has donated his body to the medical college. When the donated body was inspected at Birmingham Medical College, the doctors were surprised. That person had not just one but three penises. He lived his entire life with three genders. When the doctors dissected the body, the person’s genital organs looked normal from outside, but there were two more penises inside the waist.
The researchers reported in a paper in the Journal of Medical Case Reports that two small extra penises were behind the primary penis. Each penis shaft shows its own corpora cavernosa and glans penis. The primary penis and the largest and most superficial extra penis shared the same urethra. Before passing through the primary penis it passed through the secondary penis. The smallest extra penis did not have a urethra-like structure.
Trifelia’s research report comes out for the first time
Researchers said that the urethra was initially formed in the secondary penis but when it failed to develop, it shifted to the primary penis. Whereas the third penis is just a relic. Research has shown that having multiple penises in any person is called polyphilia. This is extremely rare. It develops in one person in five to six million people. Although research reports on polyphelia have been presented many times from 1606 to 2023, this is the first time that any document on triphelia has appeared. Triphalia means three penises each.
