Chili Karaunda’s recipe
First step- For this, wash about 10-15 green chillies thoroughly. Now cut the chili from the middle and cut it or mash it lightly with something heavy. Wash and clean 10-15 gooseberry.
Second step- Add 2 teaspoons mustard oil to a pan or pan. When the oil is hot, add some cumin and asafoetida. Now put chili and gooseberry together in it. Slow the gas flame and add salt, turmeric and mix it.
Third step- Cover it for about 5 minutes and cook it and then check it in the middle and check it once. Turn off the gas when the gooseberry is melted. The special recipe of Chilli Karaunda is Tahi. If you eat it with paratha or puri, you will eat. Spicy and sour taste will open all your test buds.
Fourth step- If you want, then add 1 onion thick chopped into it while sprinkling. This will increase the taste even more. Onion test with chili goosees looks great. You can make it easily and eat it for weeks. You can serve it with any vegetable or lentils.
