This South Superstar, trapped in legal trouble, the case is related to real estate scam

Telugu superstar Mehsh Babu is once again in discussion, but this time he has come into the limelight not about any of his films but about a legal matter. Mahesh Babu has been engulfed in controversies due to his relations with a real estate company in Hyderabad. Ranga Reddy District Consumer Commission has issued notice to the actor in the fraud case related to Sai Surya Developers. Mahesh Babu Sai Surya was the brand ambassador of developers. A Hyderabad doctor has filed a complaint, claiming that it suffered a loss of Rs 34.8 lakh after investing in a non-existent layout promoted by the company. He said that Mahesh Babu’s support had made the plan reliable.

ED summoned for questioning

Earlier in April 2025, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) did not in the money laundering case related to Sai Surya Developers and Surana Group. Reports claim that they were paid around Rs 5.9 crore for projects, some of which were in cash. Although the actor has not been officially accused, his high-profile involvement is now under intensive investigation.

Mahesh Babu did not release the statement

The Consumer Commission has also asked Mahesh Babu to appear for the hearing of Mahesh Babu as well as the real estate firm and its owner Kancherla Satish Chandra Gupta. The case is postponed for the seventh of the next month. So far Mahesh Babu or his team have not issued any statement in the matter.
