Bilaspur. TI Top Singh had assaulted Naib Tehsildar Pushparaj Mishra in Sarkanda police station of Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. This incident was captured in the CCTV installed in the police station premises which is now going viral. The audio of the dispute between the two has also surfaced. On the night of 17th November, there was a dispute between the police personnel who were out on patrol and the Naib Tehsildar regarding stopping the vehicle.
In this case, Naib Tehsildar Pushparaj Mishra had alleged that the police personnel had abused him. During this time, his father and brother were also traveling in the car. When he protested, the police personnel forcibly took him and his brother to Sarkanda police station. Here Njhd Top Singh beat him and his brother. Sims was sent for medical examination without any reason. Not only this, a false FIR was filed against him accusing him of obstructing government work.

After the phone conversation, when the Tehsildar reached the police station, Top Singh again had an argument and the TI slapped Pushparaj Mishra. During this time Sarkanda CSP Siddharth Baghel is also present there. Who was watching everything peacefully with his hands in his pockets.
Tehsildar misbehaved with the constables- TI
In this whole matter, TI Top Singh said that the Naib Tehsildar had misbehaved with his soldiers. After which he was brought to the police station. Here, when he was being taken for medical, he was adamant on not getting the medical done. After which there was a scuffle with him.
IG attached line to TI
The Administrative Services Association is already angry with the police action in this matter. Today, one day collective holiday has also been taken to express protest. Meanwhile, Bilaspur IG Dr. Sanjeev Shukla has attached the line to Sarkanda TI Top Singh. A report has also been sought from the SP on the entire matter within three days. Now this controversy seems to be increasing after the audio-video went viral. The State Administrative Association has also given a front against the police. The union demands that a case be registered against the accused policemen in the entire matter. Complaints about the misconduct have been made to the Collector, DGP, Revenue Secretary as well as the departmental minister.
Union President said – Line is not attached, investigate by filing FIR
State President of Chhattisgarh Junior Administrative Officers Association, Neelmani Dubey, says that the association is not satisfied with attaching the line to TI. In this case, TI and policemen should be suspended, after which FIR should be registered and investigation should be done. Officials of the state including Bilaspur are gathering at one place and protesting.. will present a proposal to protect the administrative dignity. After the protest, they will take out a rally and reach the Collectorate and submit a memorandum to the Collector demanding an FIR.
