It can be done by lying down or sitting. While breathing in, inflate the stomach and slowly narrow the stomach while taking out. With regular practice, this technique increases the depth of the breath and relieves asthma triggers.
3. Anulom-Antonym Pranayama: In the Indian yoga system, Anulom-Villom Pranayama is considered very impressive. It has to breathe in turn from one nostril and leave the other. This technique not only purifies the nasal routes but also relieves mental stress, which can trigger an episode of asthma.
