Guru Purnima day is very special. On this day, puri and kheer are definitely made in homes. By the way, making kheer on Amavas and Purnima is considered very auspicious. It is said that by making kheer on the day of Guru Purnima, all the difficulties are removed by offering it to Goddess Lakshmi. Goddess Lakshmi’s grace starts raining and there is never a shortage of money grain in the house. The more tasty it takes to eat rice and milk pudding is as easy to make it. Kheer can be served as a sweet dish with food.

First method- There are many ways to make kheer. You wash the rice thoroughly and put it in a pan and add light ghee and fry it. Now add milk to it and cook the rice well till it mixes in milk or till the rice is melted. While making kheer, keep stirring continuously so that the rice does not stick to the bottom.

Second method- The second easiest way is to cook rice in a cooker and cook it. After applying 3-4 whistles, turn off the gas and when the cooker opens, make the rice lightly mash with a spoon. Now add milk to ripe rice and cook the kheer till it thickens. Serve kheer by adding sugar, cardamom and nuts.

Third method- The third way is to grind the raw rice lightly in a mixer 1 time. This will make rice pieces smaller. Now cook these rice in milk and cook. This will taste like Firani. If rice and milk are mixed well, then add sugar and nuts and serve kheer.

Fourth way- Another way to make kheer is to cook the rice first in a pan or pan. If you cook the rice in water, then they will melt quickly. Now add milk and cook the kheer till it thickens like rabri. Add sugar, add cardamom and serve the kheer by adding saffron on top.
