Shubhanshu shukla in space: Astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla and his Acom-4 crew have seen 230 sunrise at the International Space Station (ISS). During this time, Shubhanshu has traveled about 100 lakh kilometers in space. The Ex-4 crew including Shukla, Paigi Whitson, Slavose Uznansky-Visnivsky and Tibor Kapu also spent their final holiday day on ISS, and waited for the announcement by NASA NASA for the return date to Earth.
Travel over sixty million miles
A statement by the Axiom Space stated that the crew of the Axiom Mission 4 (X-4) has completed around 230 circumambulations around the Earth and traveled more than six million miles (96.5 lakh kilometers). The statement said, “From about 250 miles above the earth, the crew spent taking their free time photos and videos, watching the earth’s view and joining the loved ones again.”

With more than 60 experiments in the fields of bio-medical science, advanced materials, neurological, agriculture and space technology, the X-4 mission includes the most research done on the private astronaut mission of Axiom space so far. These research can change the future of human space exploration and life on earth, as well as possible successes in areas such as diabetes management, new cancer treatment and better monitoring of human health and performance.
Shubhanshu Shukla used experiments
Indian astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla has taken photographs in the last phase of his mission at the international space station, sprouting the seeds of ‘moong’ and ‘fenugreek’ in the Petri dish. After this, he has been placed in a storage freezer on ISS. It is part of a research in space. This research is seen to be seen how subtle gravity affects, germination and early growth of plant. When was the Axiom-4 mission launched?
