Trump administration challenged the decision of the lower court in the Sorting case in the education department, this demand in the Supreme Court,
Donald Trump, US President.
Washington:The Trump administration has approached the Supreme Court of America against the decision of the lower court in the matter of large -scale trim of the education department. The Trump administration has demanded an emergency stay on the decision of the lower court in the case, ordering the restoration of about 1,400 employees of the Education Department. These employees were removed under the controversial scheme of President Donald Trump, which aims to weaken the education department.
District judge issued prohibition
The appeal was filed on 6 June (Friday) by the Solicitor General D John Syre by the Department of Justice. It challenged the initial prohibition issued by the US District Judge Mayong John located in Boston last month.
Why did the trump administration go to Supreme Court
Judge John’s order not only overturned these large -scale umbrellas, but also banned the widespread efforts to limit the department that was considered an important part of Trump’s education policy. The First US Circuit Court of Appeals refused to stop the decision of the lower court, after which the administration has demanded intervention in the Supreme Court.
