Trump imposed 100 percent tariff on non -American films.
After the formation of Donald Trump’s government in America, the process of imposing tariffs on all the countries of the world started. At the same time, Trump has not left films in terms of tariffs. US President Donald Trump made an important announcement on Sunday, saying that he would also put a 100 percent tariff on films made out of America. Announcing this, he said that the film industry in America is ending rapidly. He described it as a threat to national security and said that we again want films made in America.
Hollywood being destroyed
In fact, US President Donald Trump announced this on Truth Social. He said in a post on Truth Social, “The film industry in America is ending very fast. Other countries are giving all kinds of incentives to remove our filmmakers and studios from America. Hollywood and many other areas of America are being destroyed. It is an organized effort made by other countries and hence it is a threat to national security. It is also a message and propaganda!”
100 percent tariff on non -American films
Trump further mentioned 100 percent tariff in his post. He wrote, “I am authorized to start the process of starting 100% tariffs on all films coming to our country immediately, which are made in foreign land. We want to again make films made in America!” Let us know that Trump had earlier imposed tariffs on many countries of the world including India and China on 2 April, after which it was also affected by the stock market around the world. China has been affected the most due to Trump’s tariff.
