Washington: US President Donald Trump has made a big statement before the talks in Alaska on Friday. Trump has said that if Russia’s President Vladimir Putin does not agree to stop the war, he will have to suffer its ‘very serious consequences’. French President Emmanuel Macron said that Trump clearly stated in an online meeting held on Wednesday with leaders from European countries that the US wants a ceasefire agreement at the upcoming US-Russia Summit in Alaska.

Ukraine President Volodimir Jailonsky said that Putin was misleading before the meeting with US President Trump.
