Earlier, Trump signed a government order to prevent almost all foreign students wishing to study at Harvard University into the country.

Harvard filed a petition

Harvard filed a petition requesting the federal judge to stop Trump’s order. The institute called it the work of vengeance against Harvard for rejecting the demands of the White House. Harvard also said in his petition that the President is trying to sideline the previous court order. Harvard also spoke of protecting his international students.

What did Trump do?

Explain that, Donald Trump signed a government order on Wednesday that it was announced that it would be a threat to national security to allow Harvard to admission to foreign students in his premises in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Trump wrote in the order, “I have decided that the entry of the class of foreign nationals is harmful to the interests of America because in my view, Harvard’s conduct has made it a inappropriate destination for foreign students and researchers.”
