Radhika Madan started her acting career with TV serial and is now making a big hit in Bollywood. Radhika Madan recently exposed her own pole with Farah Khan. Farah Khan had reached Radhika Madan’s house for her latest episode, where the actress said that Irfan Khan was not the first choice for the starrer ‘English Medium’.
Radhika opened her own pole
Radhika Madan was about to make her Bollywood debut with ‘Mard Ko Dard Hota Hota’, but before that her ‘cracker’ was released, in which she was in the lead role with Sanya Malhotra in the lead role and she got a big break from the ‘English Medium’ released in 2020. However, in this film, another actress was going to be seen in place of Radhika. Radhika revealed this to Farah Khan and told that someone else was locked for ‘English Medium’. But, still she went for audition, harassed the director and said ‘Take my audition’.
Radhika Madan was not the first choice for English medium
Radhika says- ‘Someone else was already locked for the English medium. But, I still went and went and fought for audition. He told me- Madam, we want a 17-year-old girl. I said- I will do it. Then the director of the film Homi Adajania became irritated and said to audition it. I was for ‘Shiddat’, but I was playing with audition. I felt who I am, which I will get this role because many Starkids were launched that year. ‘
Starkid replaced in English medium
Meanwhile, Farah Khan asked Radhika whether he knows who was going to play the role of Tarika in the English medium, was there any starkid. In response, Radhika says- ‘I don’t know.’ So Farah, while teasing Radhika, says- ‘People say that outsiders do not allow outsiders to work in films, but in reality Radhika is guilty, because she snatched the role of a starkid.’
Bollywood debut with cracker
Let me tell you, before appearing in films, Radhika Madan was a well-known name of the TV industry. He made his debut with ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi’, in which Shakti Arora was in the lead role with him. After this serial, she made her Bollywood debut with Vishal Bhardwaj’s ‘cracker’ and then appeared in Vasan Bala’s ‘Mard Ko Dard Hota’. ‘English Medium’ was the third film of Radhika Madan’s career with late actor Irrfan Khan. Radhika will now be seen in ‘Rumi Ki Sharafat’ alongside Sharib Hashim and Nishank Verma, which is a comedy film.
