Lucknow ED has arrested Ravi Attri and Subhash Prakash, two masterminds of Uttar Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Exam Paper Leak and Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UP PSC) RO/ARO Exam Paper Leak case. ED took custody of both the arrested persons following the order of Special Court, Lucknow.
