UAE Afghanistan and Pakistan T20i Tri Series 2025: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced its team for the T20 International Series to be held in Sharjah from August 29 to September 7 against Pakistan and Afghanistan. Harshit Kaushik, Junaid Siddiqui, Muhammad Farooq and Muhammad Jawadullah have got a chance in the team. Aqef Raja, Matuullah Khan and Zubaheb Zubair, who were part of the last T20 series for the UAE, have gone out.
28 -year -old Kaushik is a middle order batsman and can contribute to spin bowling. He had not yet made his debut in international cricket. 32-year-old media pacer Siddiqui has returned, he has played 59 ODIs and 71 T20 Internationals, taking 76 and 96 wickets respectively.
Fast bowler Jawadullah has played 12 ODIs (11 wickets) and 33 T20 Internationals (54 wickets) and leg-spinner bowling all-rounder Farooq has taken nine wickets in eight T20 Internationals.
The UAE will play their first match against Pakistan on 30 August, followed by Afghanistan (1 September), Pakistan (4 September) and Afghanistan (5 September). The final is to be held on 7 September. UAE is placed in the Asia Cup 2025 India, Oman and Pakistan with Group
