Ukraine killed Russian agent, suspected of killing an officer in Kiev; 4 people killed in Russian Dro attack

Kyiv: Ukraine’s security agency said on Sunday that it had discovered and killed Russian agents on suspicion of killing a senior officer. The Ukrainian officer was murdered in the capital Kiev. In return, Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) said in its statement that potential Russian agents were killed in the Kiev area when it resisted during the arrest. In a video released by the agency, two bodies appeared on the ground.
Ukraine’s security agency suspected a man and woman
Ukraine’s security agency SBU had earlier stated that a man and a woman were suspected to be involved in the murder of SBU Colonel Ivan Voronich on Thursday. The attack was recorded in monitoring cameras. According to media reports, the Voronich who was killed was involved in confidential operations in Ukrainian official Russian -occupied Ukrainian areas and also helped in organizing the sudden infiltration of Ukraine in Russia’s Cursa region last year.
Four civilians killed in Russia’s drone attacks
Ukraine’s Air Force reported that Russia fired 60 drones on Saturday night, out of which 20 were killed and 20 were blocked. According to Ukrainian officials, 4 civilians were killed and 13 others were injured in Russian attacks in Donnetsk and Kherason areas. (AP)
