US President Donald Trump warned Russia, said- ‘If the war did not stop …’
US President Donald Trump
Washington: The war between Russia and Ukraine continues. Russia has intensified attacks in Ukraine in recent times. Amid the war, US President Donald Trump has once again threatened Russia. Trump has said that if there is no compromise within 50 days to end the war in Ukraine, then he will impose a fierce fee on Russia. President Trump made this announcement during a meeting with NATO General Secretary Mark Route at the ‘Oval Office’.
What did Trump say?
President Trump said, “If there is no compromise in 50 days, then we will impose a lot of hard fees.” He did not explain how the fees would be implemented. “I use business for many things. But, this is a great step to resolve wars,” Trump said.
Who told Trump to ‘dictator’?
Trump has long been describing his friendly relations with Putin, and since he took over in January, he has said many times that Russia is interested in a peace agreement more than Ukraine. At the same time, Trump accused Ukraine President Volodimir Jailnsky of prolonging the war and even called him a ‘dictator’. However, Trump has targeted Russia after Russia’s continuous attacks on Ukraine’s residential areas.
Jailonski met Trump’s special messenger
Meanwhile, Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine and Russia met Ukraine President Jailonsky on Monday. Jailonsky said he and Trump’s messenger, retired Lieutenant General Keith Kelog, had a meaningful conversation about strengthening Ukrainian air defense, joint arms production and purchasing American weapons in association with European countries as well as the possibility of strict international sanctions on Russia.
Did you say Jailonski?
“We hope from the US leadership, because Ukraine’s President Jailonsky said on ‘Telegram’, because it is clear that Russia will not stop until his ambitions are forced to stop.” Russia has attacked cities of Ukraine including the capital Kiev with hundreds of drones, cruise and ballistic missiles, which Ukraine’s air defense system has to struggle a lot in combating.
