Moradabad, 18 October (Hindustan Reporter). A resident of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand had given a complaint to Jaspur police station, accusing a youth resident of Dilari area of Moradabad district of raping his daughter. Police Station Dilari Inspector Pradeep said that Uttarakhand Police arrested the accused youth from his house on Friday and presented him in the court, from where he was sent to the district jail.
A villager resident of Jaspur area of Udham Singh Nagar district of Uttarakhand had said in the case registered in Jaspur police station that he had got the house constructed a year ago. At the time of construction of the house, he was living on rent in his neighbor’s house. His neighbor’s nephew Shahzad, resident of village Dilari of Thakurdwara police station of Moradabad, used to come to his maternal uncle’s house. During this time, he got to know his 13 year old daughter. His daughter Pani had gone to her maternal home three-four days ago. When his health deteriorated there, his maternal relatives got him treated by a doctor. So the doctor told that his daughter was three months pregnant. On enquiry, his daughter told her mother that he used to live in a rented house. Shehzad, the nephew of her uncle who lives next door, forcefully had physical relations with her several times against her will. Jaspur police today arrested the accused Shahzad from his house in Moradabad and presented him in the court, from where he was sent to jail.
