In an interview, Varun Badola told about his character in the show Eatti Si Khushi. He said that in the show he is in the role of a father who runs away from his responsibilities. His character Suhas Divekar is special in many ways.

He said, Suhas is a person who always avoids responsibilities, but he is not completely ruthless. This is a very delicate balance. A character that is not a traditional villain, but whose failures have made a profound impact on his children. This character is full of many layers. One moment he disappoints you, so the next moment breaks your heart.

Varun Badola said, Suhas’s character is difficult, which faced many challenges in fulfilling. He said, the special thing is that my character in the show is neither a completely villain nor a completely good. One moment he disappoints you, so the next moment touches your heart. My character in the show shows many feelings together and will connect the audience to the shortcomings and human side.

He said, it was not easy for me to play the role of Suhas. As an actor, I had to forgive him first inside so that I could play him. Suhas’s character is one of the most challenging roles among all my shows so far. Suhas is a beautifully written character and I really want me to do justice to him.

The Iti Khila Khushi made by Rose Audio Visuals is an Indian adaptation of the internationally acclaimed series ‘Shemless’, which was originally developed by company Pictures and UK writer Paul Abbott, and was designed in collaboration with All 3 Media Internationals. The show will start on Sony Sab from August 18.
