Veteran singer OG Osbourne dies, last breath at the age of 76

Heavy metal band Black Sabbath founder and lyricist OG Osbourne, a singer and lyricist of English songs. He was 76 years old. The singer was suffering from Parkinson’s disease for the past several years. He was known as ‘Prince of Darkness’.

Announcing a statement, OG’s family announced his death, saying, “It is a matter of sadness beyond the words that we have to inform that our beloved Ozi Oosborn passed away this morning.”

He said, he was with his family and surrounded by love. We all request all of us to respect the privacy of our family.

According to the report of the variety, in 2019, OG was detected Parkinson’s disease. According to a PA media news, OG was born on 3 December 1948 in Aston, Birmingham. He left school at the age of 15 and worked in several bands with his school friend Geyser Butler.

OG was the lead singer of Black Sabbath till 1969-79. The band released its first album in 1970 which was the top-10 hit in Britain and reached number 23 in the US. The band was included in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2006. He did his last show on July 5, 2025.
