On August 23, 2025, London Spirit defeated Southern Brev by 47 runs in the 26th match of The Hundred 2025 at Lord’s by 47 runs. London Spirit captain Kane Williamson played an important role in this victory. Merumson contributed to win his team by scoring his first half -century in The Hundred.
Williamson fiercely raised the England international bowlers during his innings, which included bowlers like Jofra Archer and Rees Topli. Williamson scored 53 runs in 28 balls before being dismissed, including 4 fours and 3 skyscraper sixes. Due to his innings, London Spirit scored a big score of 186 runs in 100 balls.
Apart from Williamson, London Spirit openers David Warner and Jamie Smith also gave the team a great start. Warner scored 25 and Jamie Smith scored 44 runs, due to which Spirit’s team reached 186.
