Video made with gun, arrested
Muzaffarnagar, November 1 (IANS). Making a video with a gun in UP’s Muzaffarnagar district proved costly for a young man. The video of the young man went viral on social media. After which the Bhopa police of Muzaffarnagar took action in this case and arrested the youth.
Police have also recovered two country-made guns, five shells and five live cartridges from his possession.
In the video, the young man is seen firing the gun. During this time someone made his video and made it viral on social media. When the video went viral on social media, the police started investigating.
After examining the video, it was found that this video is from Jauli village of Bhopa police station area. After this, the police, acting on the basis of the video, arrested Junaid Qureshi, resident of Jauli.
During interrogation, the young man told that he was making this video only to make reels for Facebook, but his friend made this video viral on social media.
Bhopa police station in-charge (SHO) Rajeev Sharma said that the accused Junaid Qureshi has been arrested. A case has been registered against the accused under 3/25 Arms Act. And two illegal country made guns along with cartridges were also recovered. Inquiries are being conducted regarding the source of the recovered illegal weapons. Further investigation is ongoing.
