Mitchell Marsh Six Against Deepak Chahar: Mumbai Indians defeated Lucknow Super Gints by 54 runs in the 45th match of IPL 2025 played at Wankhede Stadium to win the fifth consecutive win in the season. With this victory, Mumbai has reached second place in the points table.

In this match for Lucknow, Mitchell Marsh was a big positive and he continued his brilliant form in the season and played a stormy innings of 34 runs in this match which included 3 fours and 2 sixes. One of these two sixes was so long that the ball fell on the roof of the stadium. The video of his sixes is becoming quite viral.

Lucknow opener Mitchell Marsh thrilled the audience by hitting this long six off the first ball of the second over of the innings. Chahar threw a ball throwing his first over for which Marsh was fully prepared. On this ball put on the leg stump, Marsh rolled the bat loudly and brought the ball to the roof of the stadium. Marsh looked ready for a big innings but Trent Bolt ended his innings and pushed Lucknow to the backfoot. Chasing the target of 216 runs, the Lucknow team collapsed for 161 runs. Aidan Markram scored 9 runs for Lucknow while Nicholas Puran (27 runs), Rishabh Pant (4 runs), Mitchell Marsh (34 runs), and Ayush Badoni (35 runs) also returned to the pavilion early. Trent Bolt of Mumbai took 3 wickets while bowling brilliantly, while Jasprit Bumrah took 4 wickets and took Lucknow.
