Shivganga: Such a picture of a village in Sivaganga district of Tamil Nadu has come out, seeing that you will curse the system. You will not be able to imagine by watching the video whether this is the 21st century .. This is what we are living in the 21st century time where there is an era of AI and the whole society is equipped with modern things. But Nadgudi village of Shivganga district is opening the entire system and is denying all the claims of development.

More than 5 thousand people lived in the village

According to the information, Nadgudi village of Shivganga, where more than 5,000 people once lived, have become deserted due to continuous reduction of drinking water. For many years, there is no supply of water here, causing the community to face huge difficulty. Finally, unable to deal with this crisis, most of the residents left the village and moved to another place. Only a few people are left in the village. When you go to the village, you will meet in a broken condition, but a human will not be seen far and wide.

Village is 15 km from district headquarters

Thangraj, a resident of the village, said that the name of our village is Nadgudi. It is located 15 km from Shivganga. People lived here till some time ago. Due to lack of drinking water and other basic facilities, the family gradually started migrating from the village. Recently, there were two murders in the village. The remaining families started feeling insecure and they also left the village. I request the District Collector and the Chief Minister to provide proper security, drinking water and school facilities in our village, so that our people can come back and start their lives here. The villagers say that due to lack of drinking water, people left everything and this village has become deserted.
