Railways gave this answer to passenger
The official customer service handle of Indian Railways, Railway Seva responded to this post and asked for PNR and mobile number of the passenger to solve the problem. In response, it was written, “We are sorry for the experience with you. Please share your PNR number and mobile number, you can share so that we can take action immediately. You can take immediate action. You can also enter or dial 139 for quick solution. “
