Kohli has reached second in terms of scoring the most runs in the Indian T20 final, now he has now scored 344 runs in 8 innings. In this list, he left behind Rohit Sharma (341 runs in 12 innings).
5000 runs as an opener
Kohli has become the third player to score 5000 or more runs as an opener in IPL. Prior to him, Shikhar Dhawan (6362 runs) and David Warner (5910 runs) did this feat.
