In the final of the World Cup 2023 (CWC 2023), Australia won the title by defeating India (IND vs AUS) by six wickets, which broke the hearts of crores of Indian fans. Let us tell you that Virat Kohli had scored his 50th ODI century against New Zealand in the first semi-final match of the tournament. In that match, the right-handed batsman had played an innings of 117 runs. The fan cut 400 pictures of Kohli during that entire innings and shot them one by one with the camera. After the World Cup, the 35-year-old veteran batsman is on a break and is spending quality time with his family. Kohli and some other key players of the team have been rested in the T20 series against Australia.
According to reports, on Wednesday Kohli has demanded an indefinite break from ODI and T20 formats from BCCI. This means that now he will return to the team for the two-Test series against South Africa from 26th December.
