The film is the third installment of Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri’s files Trillji, in which earlier ‘The Tashkent Files’ (2019) and ‘The Kashmir Files’ (2022) have come. The next film is based on the communal riots in Bengal before partition in the 1940s, especially on the Direct Action Day and Noakhali riots.

Vivek Agnihotri has described these incidents as a massacre of Hindus and through this film he wants to bring out this unseen part of Indian history. The film will feature magnificent actors like Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher and Pallavi Joshi in important roles. There were many difficulties during the shooting, especially about security, which was filmed in Mumbai instead of Kolkata. Despite this, Vivek Agnihotri and his team have completed this project and now these important stories are ready to reach the audience of the whole country.

‘The Bengal Files: Wright to Life’ has been written by Vivek Agnihotri and has been produced by Abhishek Aggarwal and Pallavi Joshi. The film is introduced by Tej Narayan Aggarwal and IM Buddha Productions.
